And 'the Wii Fit Balance Board accurate?
It is said that my weight is 148 pounds, but when I get on a scale that says 160. (Perhaps the scale is wrong) but I was wondering maybe that was a ploy to make him feel like you're losing weight with Wii Fit? Also my weight changes between 2-5 pounds each time as I have on it. Then during my work outs that says my weight is not changed when I changed nothing.
The Wii Fit Balance Board has some problems with accuracy if it is on the table. The extended walk that are included in this package can help with some types of carpets.

Yoga with Wii Fit Balance Board
My favorite! I did yoga and was in for a long time. The word yoga comes from Sanskrit "yuj" meaning to "unite". It 'an ancient art, the concentration of general health develops your breath. With good practice and persistence you can get a moderate level in just a dozen years. Scared yet? Well, the good news is that – no more, thanks to Nintendo and the Wii Balance board only in shape.
The Wii Fit Balance Board will measure your center of balance and tells you how well you are doing. There are many different poses from easiest to hardest. Nintendo poses a bit called 'free, but fortunately you can see their real name. Among other yoga poses are called "asans" a good thing to know. I think we can call asans Wii.
For yoga sessions, you choose a coach Wii Fit (male or female) to work with. The coach shows the asans and then we make them together. They usually carry up to 40 seconds. While doing the installation, the graphics on the screen indicating your balance. Keep your TV at the level of eyes so that you can see without turning your neck.
